Coniston

The Chillswim Coniston End to End Swim 2026 returns on Saturday 20 June, offering an unforgettable open-water challenge in the heart of the Lake District. Long-distance swimming is about more than just time in the water — it’s about the experience of travelling the full length of a lake from shore to shore.

Covering the entire 5.25-mile stretch of Coniston Water, this iconic swim is supported throughout by an experienced management, medical, and water safety team. To ensure the best possible experience, swimmers are grouped across seven different start times based on pace, and the event remains wetsuit optional.
