Exclusive Look at Windward Townhouse 12

After a summer of scorching temperatures, you can be forgiven for feeling rather blue as we enter autumn this year. A short break away following a summer of sun and fun could be just what you and the family need to recharge the batteries before the Christmas countdown begins.

Thankfully the Lake District offers a beautiful retreat from the day-to-day grind at this time of year. The autumnal hues across the World Heritage site are truly stunning and not to be missed.

And when it comes to luxury self catering accommodation in the lake district, you can count on us here at Windermere Marina Village to provide you with the luxurious getaway you and your family deserve.

Windward Townhouse 12

Kick off your time away in the Lake District in style by choosing to stay in the stunning Windward Townhouse 12 at Windermere Marina Village.

The three-storey townhouse is perfect for those who wish to bring the whole family to the Lake District. Sleeping up to six people, the apartment boasts three modern bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and fantastic views across the marina from your very own balcony.

We also know just how important it can be to bring your four-legged friends away on your trip, so you’ll be happy to hear this apartment is pet-friendly. You’re more than welcome to bring along two dogs to this apartment, so they too can enjoy all that the Lake District has to offer.

You’ll feel right at home when you arrive at this stunning apartment; you don’t even need to worry about parking, as the accommodation comes with its very own parking space. You’ll also find plenty of other homely amenities in Windward 12, such as your very own private WiFi connection, 65’ Smart  TV, fridge freezer, washing machine and heated airer. We even include an essentials pack on arrival which includes kitchen roll, toilet roll, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid, so you can settle straight into your accommodation.

On the ground floor, you’ll find an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The well-equipped living room leads on to bi-folding balcony doors that take you out onto a decked terrace area that overlooks the stunning main marina.

If you feel like cooking for the family whilst staying here, this stylish townhouse comes with a microwave and oven, crockery, glasses and cooking equipment. You’ll even find a dishwasher, because we know that no one wants to wash up when they’re enjoying some well-earned time away.

Whilst some of us simply love to cook for our loved ones, many of us would rather not have the stress of cooking whilst on holiday; therefore, you could always opt to have a meal at our on-site eatery The Boathouse Bar & Restaurant. The restaurant boasts a delicious menu, with something for everyone, and even has live entertainment throughout the year.
