The Lake District has recently been added to UNESCO’s list of World Heritage Sites and part of the reason why is its natural beauty. An estimated 18 million people visit this region every year, all of whom seek the breath-taking landscapes, the gorgeous wildlife, and the peaceful tranquillity that the Lakes offer.
