Once you have paid your deposit it is not possible to cancel and receive a full refund.
If you have to, or want to, cancel your booking after it has been confirmed, you must let us know in writing as quickly as possible, this can be via email to firstname.lastname@example.org but must be from the email address of the confirmed booking. If we can resell the break that you had booked you will be entitled to a refund less a cancellation fee.
Before the balance due date of your booking changes to your booking can be made subject to availability, additional charges may apply. Requests to make changes must be made by email to email@example.com from the email address of the confirmed booking. The reservations team are available every day between 9am and 5.30pm.
